Check the status of your most recent orders by visiting our Order Status page. This is the easiest and fastest way to get the most current information regarding your FashionFairDirect.com orders.
When you click on Order Status, you will be prompted to log in with your e-mail address and password. An order summary page will provide you with detailed information about your current and past orders.
Order Cancellations
Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons are:
· Item(s) not available.
· Difficulty in processing payment information.
· Cannot ship to address provided.
· Order is over the $500 maximum allowed.
· Customer request for cancellation.
If your order is cancelled, you will receive an e-mail notice that explains the reason for the cancellation. You will be credited for any cancelled items. If you have questions about a cancelled order, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-331-4905 Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. EDT or via e-mail at customerserviceffd@fashionfair.com

Important information:
For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.
Shipping Rules & Restrictions
We are currently unable to accept orders to be billed or shipped to destinations outside the U.S., Canada and the Caribbean. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Some items sold by FashionFairDirect.com require special handling as specified by federal, state, local and international regulations governing the transport of these items. The method of shipment for these items is dictated by these regulations. At FashionFairDirect.com, we comply with these regulations, therefore the shipment of some products to certain locations may not be possible or delayed. If this affects your order, we regret any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
If you wish to provide a physical address in the United States, Canada or the Caribbean to which we can deliver, we will be happy to ship your full order.
Sales Tax
We are required by law to collect state sales tax on orders being shipped to addresses in the state of Illinois. Sales tax will be assessed on the total purchase, including shipping and handling charges. Order Processing/Shipping
Order Processing, Delivery and Shipping Charges (U.S. orders do not include APO/FPO or U.S. Territories).
All orders are processed and shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday (9 a.m. – 5 p.m. EDT), excluding major holidays.
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following business day. Orders with Priority Shipping (Overnight or 2nd Day Shipping) will be processed and shipped the same day if received by 12:00 p.m. EDT.
Most items may be shipped to Alaska and Hawaii, but some restrictions apply.
Standard Shipping – Orders shipped via Standard Shipping are delivered within 10 -14 business days from the order’s ship date. Please note: Most Standard orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days, depending on product availability.
2nd Day Shipping – Orders shipped via 2nd Day Shipping are delivered within 2 - 3 business days from the order’s ship date. 2nd Day orders placed by 12:00 p.m. EDT will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability. Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. EDT will be processed and shipped the next business day. Please note: Orders destined for P.O. Boxes are not eligible for 2nd Day Shipping. 2nd Day orders may require a signature upon delivery.
Overnight Shipping – Orders shipped via Overnight Shipping are delivered within 1 business day from the order’s ship date. Overnight orders placed by 12:00 p.m. EDT will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability. Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. EDT will be processed and shipped the next business day. Please note: Orders destined for P.O. Boxes are not eligible for Overnight Shipping. Overnight orders may require a signature upon delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Fashion Fair Direct purchase, simply return it within 30 days of purchase and we will be happy to credit your account in the original form of payment for the item(s) returned.
When returning or exchanging any part of your order, please include the original packing slip, noting the items being returned/exchanged and listing any items that should be sent in exchange.
Fashion Fair Direct does not refund return shipping fees.
We do not accept for return or exchange, purchases made from retail locations. Retail locations will not accept for return or exchange, purchases made from Fashion Fair Direct.
Please send your return by UPS, Fed Ex or insured Parcel Post for your protection and to ensure prompt delivery.

If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, save the box and the merchandise and notify us immediately at 1-800-331-4905, Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. EDT.
Maximum Purchase Policy
We regret that we may limit orders to no more than (10) units of any item with a maximum purchase of $500 per customer.
