Anne Sempowski Ward was named President & COO of the cosmetics brand in October 2007. Ward leads all aspects of sales, product development, supply chain and marketing to take the company to the next level. She will also create and oversee all business development strategies and shape the company's global growth strategies as well as strengthen brand equity.
